the Bush family, by way of the experience of GHWB being CIA Director, was reportedly tied in with "contractors" based in Florida and doing "jobs" in Latin America and the Caribbean. There were all kinds of reports written about this stuff back in the day. I think some was before Raygun and some after. Weird "companies" used to suddenly pop up and have a couple of planes at little out of the way airports. Then they disappear.
