Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) called President Trump “the worst thing on the face of the earth” during a recent interview with CNN’s Elex Michaelson. “He’s just a vile creature. The worst thing on the face of the Earth,” Pelosi said in a video clip posted on X.

The interview is expected to air in full on CNN’s “The Story Is with Elex Michaelson” at midnight E.T.

Pelosi went on to criticize the president even further, saying Trump “does not honor the Constitution” and has “turned the Supreme Court into a rogue court.” She added that he has “abolished the House of Representatives,” referencing Trump’s influence over House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.), and has “chilled the press” while in office.

Pelosi and Trump have taken aim at each other in the past. Last year, Trump took to social media to knock Pelosi after she called him “dangerous” and “evil” following his false claims about the Jan. 6, 2021, attacks.
