48. The cases are all about the same birthright citizenship EO. It's all a bullshit game by the SCOTUS conservatives.

The 3 liberal justices opposed cert from the beginning with regard to this EO, there is no reason to believe they have changed their minds or voted in favor of cert in the latest birthright citizenship case to come up.

SCOTUS did not need to grant cert to resolve the matter. Simply denying cert would have resolved the matter "once and for all," since there is no conflict among the circuits. There is absolutely no reason to have taken up these EO cases, other than to judicially rewrite the 14th Amendment to delete all or part of birthright citizenship.

If the SCOTUS conservatives wanted to uphold the 14th Amendment's birthright citizenship provisions, they would not have struck down nationwide injunctions on Trump's birthright citizenship EO. SCOTUS conservatives had no problem with nationwide injunctions against Biden EOs. That shows this is an outcome determinative game SCOTUS conservatives are playing.

Your attempt to give their game some legitimacy by suggesting it is supported by the 3 liberal justices is indeed offensive.
