grounds as the fact that it is disproportionately given to the poor and minorities. I can think of some rich white people for whom, nevertheless, I would oppose them receiving the death penalty, but I would not shed a single tear if one were carried out. Psychopaths have no empathy for us; I have no empathy for them. Put them on a desert island and let them duke it out.
