It would be like watching real live porn, and he just loooooooves porn.

But even if he didn't do anything, he telegraphed his approval by being there, watching, and not reporting it to the authories. I wonder if he was a Supreme Court justice yet (he was sworn in on October 23, 1991)? If so, this is grounds for imeachment. Let's hope he shows up in one of the pnotos that haven't surfaced yet.
