15. I remember reading a news item, maybe 15 years ago, in rural Kentucky town...

Yesterday

A father had given a 22 rifle as a birthday gift to his FIVE YEAR OLD son. The boy shot and killed his three year old sister. The sheriff said it was an unfortunate accident. No charges.
Glad things are changing.
