Literally and figuratively? There's something being held by a handful of countries. Russia included. The Moscow beauty pageant in 2015, I think? True, it doesn't matter at this point, but orange fatty was craving the Nobel Prize (ah, no) and maybe he's concerned about his "legacy"?
