The disruption we’re witnessing is the result of decades of ignoring science. (Personally) I blame Ronald Wilson Reagan for reversing the energy policies of Gerald Ford & “Jimmy” Carter. (“Gerry’s” contribution, which “Jimmy" built upon, is too often overlooked.)
