...but, there's no money for Medicaid, or SNAP, or school lunches, or rural hospitals, or FEMA, or care facilities for the elderly and disabled, or ANYTHING which might help average people at all.

The party of " fiscal responsibility " and " better with the economy ", my a$$. This myth is WAY overdue for death and burial with dishonor!
