.... And the Democratic Progressive Party is that the Kuomimgtang accepts the principle of "one China" while the DPP is known for the promotion of Taiwanese nationalism and identity.

While the Kuomimgtang and the PRC both advocate "one China" they don't agree on who should be the boss.
