4. Is this going to make a lot red districts purple?

I’m trying to wrap my mind around this.

If there is no longer a majority Black district, those voters have to be put somewhere. Wouldn’t that dilute white Republican voting power?

Could we see districts go from R +13 (or whatever) to R +9? Purely hypothetical.

In wave election years that makes for more swing districts.
