He probably putters around a bit then dozes off or gets his virgin blood transfusion. Even his aides writing mad Truth Social texts is to keep the illusion alive, but it must be sick and arrogant to pass off. How easy to focus on plain outrage! He barely can speak without screwing it up or wander off. So, when he is is totally out of it- if not already- they can do this little theater and people will not ask the obvious question.
Any screws left in the old jar, any gas in the tank, anybody home except his staff?
