16. Every American taxpayer should have standing. How about the largest class action suit in history?

How can any of this be legal? None of it was ordered by a court. In fact, they were losing in court and shut down the case.

What we have here is a President directing a subordinate to give him almost $2 billion in taxpayer money that was never adjudicated, nor appropriated by Congress.

Ad the selfsame President is directing the IRS to never investigate anybody connected with the President.

Seriously. WTF? How can any of this be legal?
