By pulling shit out of their ass? Because why else would they be taking so damn long?

This "weaponization" argument being used by Republicans is fucking rich. It's the ultimate example of projection, and--just like the mythical all-consuming fraud they see literally everywhere--just an excuse for them to keep breaking the law.
