7. Algae grows much faster in the warm months

Yesterday

Maybe they're planning on redoing this in the winter during colder temperatures? The algae would still need to be flushed out, and entire pool resurfaced, and all the other preventative measures taken. It would have been nice if somebody had thought of that the first time.
