That chronic excessive alcohol consumption causes low testosterone levels. Also, if you give too much t, it can convert to estrogen. Testes will shrivel into tiny MAGA raisinettes. Happens to bodybuilders sometimes, along with gynecomastia.
As a heterosexual male I personally do appreciate breasts, but not to the point that I want to grow my own.
