And he knows it. He is a failing mess kept viable only through state of the art medical treatments. A week or so ago he went dark for a couple of days. He was out getting his batteries recharged. Now he is back in a manic phase that is being acted out as paranoia. Someone needs to take the clown car keys away from Gampy Don ASAP.
