National Task Force on Election Crises anticipated Trump's claim that China targeted the US during the 2020 election, and say:

Allegations of foreign election interference in the 2020 presidential election have been carefully investigated and disproven by intelligence and law enforcement communities. Evidence of an attempt to influence voters is not the same as successfully changing election processes or outcomes.
