A common service-connected debility
The military is a very noisy place

So … sounds like they want to increase veteran benefits by decreasing service-connected percentages.
Give with one hand.
Take with the other.

Veterans should not be on-the-hook for veteran care. They took care of us. Let’s take care of them.
