3. The teleprompters glitched.

We all know that 45 reads from them. Sure, he embellishes a lot, but the overall path of the canned speech is from the teleprompters. I am thinking that there were two teleprompters. I think that one or both of them glitched, thereby presenting text which jumped ahead in the canned speech.
