2. It's been four years. This case should have been tried right after the Congressional investigation ended.

The evidence was all there. Give the defense six months to make their case, that's more than enough.

It damn well better go on before the election now. I don't care what the justice department has to do to make that happen, but if the next Democratic administration wants any credibility from its supporters, they damn well better earn it NOW.
