I think that’s his plan. He doesn’t give a shite about senate confirmations. There are plenty of ass-kissing toadies to plug in later, for the next wave of acting officers. But he’ll also decide that 210 day limit is null and void, just because he says so.
I wish this post was sarcasm, but I fear it isn’t.
