after every one has submitted their taxes, and anything they owe.........and before the people will be getting refunds from over payments, which may be delayed or not come if Trump and RepubliCONS can dream up some reason.........It would be interesting to know how many wealthy/UBER wealthy have applied for an extension on doing their taxes by April 15th.....
