China Threatens Philippines - USA on Alert to Support as Military Tension Rises in South China Sea [View all]
UNCLOS is an organisation that has set boundaries for the ownership of international waters however CHINA has refused to accept these boundaries and has claimed the vast majority of the SOUTH CHINA SEA. Much of the water and the islands are closer to other countries such as The Philippines, Vietnam and Malaysia and China's refusal to drop its claims has resulted in various conflicts and loss of life. Recently China has threatened the Philippines and the situation has the potential to boil over as the USA is supportive of the Philippines position. In this video I provide full details of the South China Sea Dispute and discuss the potential impact on the Global Economy.
