Offer as far as days out on the road, the pay of course, and any benes they offer. You might check to see if there is some site online where drivers talk about their jobs or other informative sites.

It does have a lot to do with what they are offering you and whether they are honest about it or not. Also check to see what terms are for time off and those sorts of things. If they train you, they may require that you stay employed by them for a given length pf time during which things can get ugly so be aware that once you're out on the road, your support network gets real thin and they can take advantage of you so watch your back no matter what.
