Right now into IHOp
Boiled because that's the method used for many centuries on Greek Island where they live to 122. More brain chemicals in boiled coffee.
Of course boiled is frowned on in North America. They want to sell coffee makers and filters.

I used to buy Peet's French Roast from Mr Peet himself in Berkeley (mid 70s -- he accepted food stamps!)

Buy almost all my coffee at Costco...either Starbucks of Kirkland French Roast, whichever is on sale.

Side note: For several years all I drank was Kona Peaberry. We stocked up every time we went to Hawai'i.

i do everything i can to de-bitter coffee. lighter roasts, but more grounds for stronger. burr grind corse grind best.
