achy all over, and feeling ice cold. I had COVID in late 2020, before the vaccines were available, and it was a very mild case. I feel worse after the shots, but that doesnt worry me or deter me from getting them. Like you, I know it is my immune system recognizing that it has a job to do.
I do them separately because I want to keep track of how Im reacting to each one.

I got the RSV too and would not recommend. I actually felt good the whole time but just what taking

I did both, plus RSV, yesterday. It's been 25 hours, and I'm still doing fine.
