16. Hey Aristus....I got three today....Covid. Flu, AND RSV so there......

Just kidding ya……the gal that gave them to me said, just keep moving your arms around, that’ll help……so every 10 - 15 minutes or so, I just move both arms up and out for a count of 20. Hope that helps. Good luck to you.
