Never thought of that. Then again, I never thought of bourbon either!

I come from New England, learning new ways to prepare squash and potatoes required relocating to other parts of the country!

Imagine my shock when I realized that people put marshmallows on top of the baked dish! My buddy with whom I make T-day dinner suggested it for this year to my absolute protest. I offered a few other ways and we agreed to simply baked them, yams, next to the turkey. He can cook if he has a clue about what he's making but, I've found, he needs to be taught how to make anything else. I do my best.
