Of my childhood. Lived in fear and a constant hypersensitive state to stay ahead of the abuse.
I love that you teach, as I'm certain you helped those you recognized from afar both professionally and with the personal touch of affirmation, support and encouragement.
I'm still dealing with even identifying that which seemed so normal at the time.
Posting is incredibly therapeutic when I let my heart lead.
