13. This reminds me of one of my mother's favorite stories about me.

Somewhere around age 8 or so, after bedtime prayers (a practice that abandoned before middle school) I asked her if we couldn't say "Ah, ladies" at the end instead of what I was obviously hearing as "Ah, men."
