Keep her on the list. She was not a nice person.

She was the kind of person who knows that no one climbing the ladder ever slipped off because they stepped on someone’s fingers on the way up.

I have no ambitions beyond providing good medical care for my patients. So I have no patience for ruthless ladder-climbers.
