11. I talked to Bank of America Fraud dept.

They approved my fraud claim and then denied it again. They want more info. They need a copy of the fraud report from AT&T.

I can get that, I think.

But all their messing with my account has lowered my credit score over 100 points.

I will call the bureaus and have an explanation put on my accts.
