One day at work, a co-worker celebrated losing 25 pounds.
Eager to know her secret, I asked her how she did it- she said she gave up alcohol. I said, “Well, shit!” 😏😖.

Doctors are not given much education on nutrition.. Lots of ed on drugs though..It might be hard at first and a
