7. I started rebounding (mini-tramp) last June, & I love it!

I got to where I had to take a day off after every workout cuz of my knees. I can bounce every day. Also, IDK how, but rebounding fixed a hip issue I've had for six years. I think my jawline & neck look firmer, too.
