I was just blessed to witness Shadow really make some serious biscuits for only the second time since we've had her. (Almost five months)

It really made me think about how often we allow ourselves to feel or be totally relaxed and comfortable in our daily lives. For me personally, I really feel that way when I'm laying in the grass by the pond with Cuddles laying right next to me.

My favorite moments are when I'm so immersed in something I love, that it's almost like waking up when I stop lol, kind of like the zone.

Please give us a day filled with opportunities to be relaxed and comfortable, in our skin and our efforts. That's when the world gets out very best.
