No work tomorrow. So I'm enjoying a new cocktail: a Banana Pancake. [View all]

Bourbon, amaretto, banana liqueur, orange, lemon, and lime juice. Yummy!

The recipe calls for rye whiskey. But I don’t like rye, and don’t keep it in the house. Bourbon works just fine.

Day off tomorrow, work on Tuesday, then off again on Wednesday. Nice arrangement.
