Twitter/Malkin campaign claiming Obamacare cancelled health plans [View all]

The heart of the issue: Obama and Pelosi had made statements that existing plans would be unaffected. Some peoples' plans are now being discontinued.

Since it's Malkin, I assume it's pretty close to an outright lie. How though? Maybe the law was changed after the statements were made? Maybe nobody's plan is actually being cancelled? Maybe the plans ARE being cancelled, but by the choice of the insurers (who then blame Obamacare)? I really haven't followed ACA issues much since the bill's passage.
