especially the scarce and rare items..I've had good luck with mid century Christmas lights, liquid filled lights, and early nativities. Some of the Hallmark limited production ornaments have a good year round following. I suspect now is the time to sell the more common Christmas items, non-collectors are decorating their homes while in the Christmas spirit.

I believe prices and bidding have increased dramatically over the past year. My method isn't scientific. I bid with esnipe, for several years my ratio of wins/losses has been about 50/50 or better. Over the last year I have seen that fall to around 30/70 (70% no-wins). It seems items are getting more bidders than previously too. Of coarse the sample is only good on my areas of interest.
