The reviews say it stinks. I don't know how it would be to watch without knowing the books. Heigl isn't as bad as I feared. An Irish Morelli bothers me more than I thought it would, but it was still fun. Lula is Lula.

And answer me this: There's brunettes who can act. Why choose a blonde and make her dye her hair? (I asked the same thing about Lucy Lawless in Xena.) And if the actress has to dye her hair to match the book's description, why doesn't the male lead have to dye his hair black and wear brown contact lenses? Even then, he wouldn't be the lean, mean, ex-military and cop that Morelli is.

Anyway, I enjoyed it and will probably see it again. I'm not sure if another will be made, but I'd like to see Hot Six, Ten Big Ones, Eleven on Top, Twelve...whatever it is, and Fearless Fourteen on screen. What other Stephanie Plum books would you like to see as movies?
