This was Katherine Heigl's project from the get-go. She was the one who made sure that it could be brought to the screen. I thought she was great as Stephanie. She has that perkiness that kind of worked for the part.
I LOVED Jason O'Mara. That man is beyond HOT. And well the 2 of them had great chemistry. He can do the Trenton accent pretty good. He really hasn't used his Irish accent for any of the roles he has had lately.
Daniel Sunjata is another HOT guy that fit the Ranger role well - not great, but well. I always pictured The Rock as Ranger. But Daniel was still OK in the role.
Debbie Reynolds was a hoot as Grandma Mazur. And I can't believe how much I liked Sherry Sheppard as Lula. Can't wait for later books to see Lula as a bounty hunter and sit on the guys she catches (some of the funniest scenes in the book are her apprehensions).
