There is no way they are going to be able to keep any of the proceeds. The lawsuits are gonna kill them. It is going to end up costing them money--not out of criminal liability, but out of contractual relief and or penalty.

If it was a heist, it was poorly thought out. Too many celebrities on board for it to have been a plotted scam. This was incompetence, poor planning. I mean Billy McFarland is a 26 year old with enough money to get what he wants right now. He moves ones and zeros, not beds electricity and plumbing, let alone three star food service.

It's like every frat party you went to where there was a lot of booze and beer, but maybe one or two bags of chips and a jar of El Paso. No social graces. Too damn naive. Taylor Swift should have run it.
