Classic Films

I plan on hiding for a while and this list of films will be my saving grace. Even though I've seen over 50% of the films on this list I know I will record Dear Heart, Kapo, The Last Picture Show, The Goodbye Girl, and The Paper Chase since I hardly ever see them these days and they are my personal "classics" list.

Many people never saw Kapo. It is based on the attempted escape of prisoners in a WW2 concentration camp that has prisoners resist and attempt to escape, sort of like Soderberg. It's spoken in Italian. I saw it in France, without subtitles, and I still was glued to my hotel TV. It was shown on the anniversary of the European Allies victory at The Battle of the Bulge and an important date signaling the end of the war.

Thanks for posting. I'm going to have to free some space on my DVR. I miss VCRs, you could record and save and share videos. DVRs sucks!!!!!!!!! 2025 SUCKS!!!!!
