knee patches on a lot of pants and pajama bottoms for my daughter. Difficult at times but sometimes it is quite satisfying. I have been forced to cut out the inseam and put on the patches and then resew the inseam. Luckily pjs are very roomy. Need to find another flannel sheet and make some new pj bottoms!!
