Also, Americans dont use more health care than people in other developed countries we use less. Also, more competition doesnt reduce healthcare costs, it increases them.

There may be a big problem in that the US for quite some time has been using these trade deals as a way to get other countries to dismantle THEIR public health care and educational systems so that corporations can have their way with them. As long as the US - which started this practice during the Clinton Administration, has wedded itself to this horrible policy, the lying will continue.

We can't have the government trying to make our own or other coutries have dysfunctional health care systems, it opens our leadership to prosecution for crimes against humanity.

Why? Look at Nancy Pelosi's statement about we cant know what's in Obamacare until we pass it (which wasnt true, they did know it would fail to make health care affordable) but, lets get away from that and just look at it as an admission of guilt in some hypothetical future legal case arguing that the performed medical experimentation on humans without informed consent.
