Music Appreciation

My nine-year-old grand-daughter and I were talking about favorite snacks, and I thought of Elvis’s favorite because she loves butter on everything. I ask her if she knew who Elvis Presley was. She looked up at me and said, “Grandpa, everybody knows who Elvis is.”


Elvis’ fried peanut butter and banana sandwich.
Mash a banana up and spread on bread. Spread peanut butter on other slice of bread. In a pan melt a stick of butter, an entire ¼ pound. Fry the sandwich on both sides until all the butter is absorbed. Serve hot.
