Gail Ann Dorsey [View all]

I posted about "Heroes" by Bowie, then I realized that I really liked the bass on it, then I researched who the bass player was in the live version I liked. I found out that it is Gail Ann Dorsey, who was raised about 30 min from my home and had previously played with Tears for Fears. I found a great interview with her, talking about moving to England to overcome barriers (gender and racial stereotypes) because Europeans were (are?) more advanced than us.
