If the prohibition of alcohol consumption is two years old, there should be signage stating the change in regulations. I go to Sandy Hook, several times a year --- birds and butterflies, sometimes just photography.

There is one road that leads to all sections of the park. I have never seen a sign announcing that alcohol consumption was no longer permitted.

Thus, it is a violation of Due Process.

If I were Bruce (besides being a lucky guy,) I would have challenged the entire set of summonses. But he probably didn't much care.. just get it over with.
