My favorite line in her songs is also one of Phoebes favorite lines, “I don’t forgive you but please don’t hold me to it”.
What makes this line so great is how it’s delivered with a strong emphasis on the “ I don’t forgive you” part followed by a muted almost mumbled “But please don’t hold me to it” part.
