Yesterday it was hot and we were smothered in smoke for central Idaho, you could see it wafting this way on the satellite viewer.

This stuff is coming straight out of the south.That was not only an anvil cloud, it was the leading frontal edge, it's nice and cool now and should be for the next day or two.
